Valencia College Poinciana Campus

GEC provided geotechnical engineering for the design and construction of the Valencia College Poinciana Campus on Pleasant Hill Road in Osceola County. Project plans included three classroom/administration buildings ranging from 1 to 3 stories and associated parking and stormwater infrastructure. This state-of-the-art building hosts 12 classrooms, a science lab, a computer lab, a Culinary teaching kitchen, library, tutoring center, and indoor café.
