Rosedown Boulevard DeBary Sinkhole

GEC responded to an emergency sinkhole evaluation request by the City of DeBary on Rosedown Boulevard. An approximate 20-foot diameter subsidence was reported in the westbound travel lane of Rosedown Boulevard. To evaluate the subsidence feature GEC personnel performed Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Cone Penetration Test (CPT) soundings. GEC developed a deep injection grouting program for remediation of the subsidence and monitored the pressure grouting.
