In 2022 GEC instituted the Annual Gary L. Kuhns, PE Employee of the Year Award which is presented at our companywide meeting every January.  This award is presented to the employee who has embodied the GEC Mission Statement over the previous year. GEC’s 2024 Employee of the Year is Stephen Cook who has worked at GEC for 32 years and currently serves as our Construction Materials Testing Operations Manager.
