Poinciana Parkway

GEC provided geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services for the Poinciana Parkway design-build project in Osceola and Polk Counties. The toll road was a partnership between OCX (now CFX), Osceola County, Polk County and A/V Homes, and provides access for thousands of Poinciana residents to Central Florida’s regional transportation network. The project begins in Osceola County at Cypress Parkway, ends at US. 17-92 in Polk County and began operations in 2016.
