OIA South Terminal Airside and Landside Infrastructure

GEC served as the Geotechnical Engineer for the OIA South Terminal Infrastructure civil design teams. Infrastructure elements included roadway, bridges, culverts, airfield pavements and ancillary structures. Under separate contracts GEC provided geotechnical engineering for the Automated People Mover (APM) between the North and South Terminals and the new South Terminal Parking garage. Orlando International is the third largest airport in the country by land area.
