NeoCity Academy

GEC provided geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting and construction materials testing for the new Osceola County STEM High School known as NeoCity Academy. The newly designed and constructed 5-acre campus opened in August 2019. Planned as a 500-student magnet school, the student experience will emphasize an immersive and flexible learning environment. The campus includes two, 3-story classroom buildings with a footprint area of 15,000 sf. When both phases of construction are complete, the campus will accommodate 1200 student stations. GEC is also providing geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing for NeoCity infrastructure development.
