GEC provided Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and geotechnical engineering to support the infrastructure for the 2972-acre mixed use development in Osceola County, Florida. The project included construction of Clay Whaley Road and the Cross Prairie Parkway to provide the transportation network for the development.
